The Architectural Design Division, as the main body of SHO-SEKKEI, gathers experienced architects, structural engineers, and electrical/mechanical engineers. The division has so far been responsible for the construction planning, design and supervision of numerous public facilities and private buildings.
Moreover, we are determined to provide our customers from various businesses and industries with the most appropriate solutions to their specific technical demands within the scope of our profession in different divisions of SHO-SEKKEI group.

Currently, the company’s Renovation Consultancy Division which applies building repair techniques, has gained considerable achievements in response to the requirements of condominium managers as its main customers.
In addition, after the Great East Japan Earthquake, the demand for structural seismic assessment and retrofitting which has been widely prevalent for government buildings, is now rapidly spreading to private buildings. Our company offers practical seismic retrofitting solutions for different buildings and structures.
We try to flexibly adapt to future changes by acquiring the corresponding knowledge and skills, and offer up-to-date consultancy that will work for next generations. This is how SHO-SEKKEI’s character has formed.
